    Tungaloy’s turning solutions are designed to improve machining efficiency while reducing cycle times and tool change time.
    Innovative solutions such as AddY-axisTurn and AddMultiTurn help improve tool life and machining efficiency, while the modular ModuMini-Turn system significantly reduces tool change and setup time on Swiss-type lathes.
    Our lineup for small-diameter and precision components also continues to expand. Highlights include DS2000, a high-performance DLC-coated grade for non-ferrous materials, and ISO-EcoTurn, featuring a compact insert design that reduces carbide consumption while maintaining high machining performance.

    Grooving

    Tungaloy’s grooving solutions combine innovative tool designs with a wide range of options for grooving, parting-off, and specialized applications.
    The lineup includes TungCut and TetraForce-Cut / TetraMini-Cut, together with DuoJust-Cut for parting-off operations on Swiss-type lathes. Specialized solutions such as FaceMiniCut for face grooving and TinyInternalCut for small-diameter internal grooving further expand the range of applications.

    Tungaloy continues to expand the possibilities of indexable milling into smaller tool diameters. While solid end mills have traditionally been the standard choice in the ø6–ø10 mm range, TungMeister brings the flexibility and efficiency of an exchangeable-head system to these small-diameter applications, delivering high reliability and machining performance.
    Its exchangeable-head design also helps reduce setup time, simplify tool management, and minimize carbide consumption.
    For non-ferrous materials, the high-performance DLC-coated DS2000 grade is also available across a wide range of milling solutions.
