Tungaloy Corporation has introduced a new Cost Saving Calculator dedicated to the TungMeister head-exchangeable milling system.
This new online tool allows users to compare their current solid carbide end mill with a TungMeister solution and quickly evaluate the potential cost savings that can be achieved by adopting the TungMeister system.
By entering basic tooling and machining information, including tool dimensions, projection lengths, cutting conditions, tool life, and regrinding data, users can calculate and compare the overall tooling costs of both solutions.
