磐城，2021年10月-凭借新型简化冷却液出口的设计，泰珂洛进一步扩充了其高压冷却刀杆的阵容。泰珂洛的精密高压冷却液车刀杆系列，TungTurn-Jet能够使用超过7 MPa或1015 Psi的高压冷却液，使得长屑材料中的切屑得到更加有效的控制，如不锈钢和耐热高温合金。新的刀杆具有内置的冷却液出口，这种简化设计比传统的具有可调节的冷却液喷嘴或笨重的喷嘴总成形式的刀杆更为有效。随着冷却单元配件数量的减少，新型冷却刀杆以一种更加经济的选择方式扩展了TungTurn-Jet的范围，可以帮助客户进一步降低刀具成本，同时保持有效的切屑控制和最大的刀具寿命。此外，当与ISO-EcoTurn概念结合后，新型TungTurn-Jet刀杆提高了对钢件和特殊材料加工的生产效率和经济性。 TungTurn-Jet系列专为高效率的外径车削、切槽、螺纹加工以及内径车削(内径车削仅支持PSC接口方式)而开发，该系列能够实现高速加工中的快速切屑疏散。 TungTurn-Jet刀杆系统也适用于小型瑞士车床，高压内冷的供应方式可以显著地改善小型和微型零件的加工工艺。此外，该系列还可以消除在小型瑞士机床上使用冷却液软管连接的麻烦，冷却液可以由刀架直接供给刀具。这种即插即用的冷却方式允许操作人员简单地将刀杆安装在组滑块或刀架上，并使用集成的冷却方式获得有效的切屑控制和理想的刀具寿命。产品信息 No.426S4-G ...
