[vc_row css_animation="" row_type="row" use_row_as_full_screen_section="no" type="full_width" angled_section="no" text_align="left" background_image_as_pattern="without_pattern"][vc_column][vc_column_text]2022年7月，磐城-泰珂洛推出了增强型的FixRMill圆刀片“纽扣刀具”系列，该系列在不锈钢曲面仿形加工和难加工材料的五轴加工中具有出色的加工性能，同时也具有更高的加工可靠性。 FixRMill使用圆形刀片加工模具，特别是复杂的公母组件，如型腔和凸台。该圆形刀片在刀片定位面的侧面和刀片座相匹配位置上具有防旋转缺口。这些缺口不仅可以防止刀片在重切状态下旋转，而且还可以帮助操作人员在每次更换刀片时获得真实的、清晰的索引，使所有的切削刃都能被充分利用。 该12mm尺寸的圆刀片有两种几何形状：RQMT1204ENC8-MM刀片，当最大切削深度不大于1.4mm(.055″)时有8个有效切削刃，当切削深度达到6mm(.236″)时可保证有4个有效切削刃，这样可以最大程度的降低使用成本，RQMT1204ENC6-MM刀片，当切削深度不大于2.6mm (.102″)时有6个有效切削刃，这两种刀片可以安装在同一个刀体上。 MM槽型同时兼顾锋利性和抗冲击性，在不同切削力工况的仿形铣削加工中均显示出卓越的可靠性。两种刀片材质可供选择:通用的AH3135材质在各类材料组的加工中均可实现很好的切削性能，AH8015主要用于难加工材料。 本次发布的产品包括4种刀片和8种刀盘。 产品信息 No. 418S1-G (Metric) [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]...
