2021年7月 — 泰珂洛扩充了 DrillMeister 可换钻尖式钻头 DMF 系列钻尖，包含直径φ6.0 ~ 9.9 mm（0.236~0.390 inch），其设计可用于加工平底孔和极具挑战性的钻孔情况，例如在斜面上或者圆弧面上实现钻削加工。 DrillMeister 是一款可换钻尖式钻头产品线，能够以更低的成本实现只有用整体硬质合金钻头才能加工的高质量的孔。 新的DMF 钻尖直径范围为ø6.0 ~ 9.9 mm（0.236~0.390 inch），扩大了现有直径ø10.0 ~19.9 mm（0.394~0.783 inch）的范围。DMF钻尖是带有180°切屑刃和中心引导刃的独特设计，其作为导向能够实现出色的位置度和直线度。无需引导孔，就可直接一次完成8xD高精度深孔的钻削加工。在斜面或圆弧面上钻入和钻出，由于平刃的几何形状是外周肩部优先与工件接触，因此对比标准的140°钻尖角开始接触此类表面时，平刃更不容易导致钻头偏斜或者在工件表面上移动，使其能够钻出更直的孔。此外，能够更换钻尖而取消了重磨，具有更好的灵活性，并且减少了钻头库存。 新的钻尖提供专门为钻削加工而研发的AH9130材质。耐磨损性与抗崩损性良好的结和，提高了刀具寿命和可预测的刀具磨损。 随着新钻尖直径的扩张，DrillMeister现在覆盖的直径范围为ø6.0 ~ 25.9 mm（0.236~1.020 inch）。可提供1.5，3，5，8和12xD的钻杆，带有三种不同设计的标准夹持柄。五种钻尖类型可供选择: DMP设计用于通用加工，DMC拥有自定心的独特设计用于加工高质量的孔，DMH强化了钻尖刃口用于法兰和其它通孔钻削加工，DMN是专门为铝合金零件的钻削加工而研发的，DMF平刃钻尖用于加工平底孔。此次一共发售13个DMF钻尖。   产品信息 No. 412S2-C ...
