Overview
The „DrillMeister“ series is a revolutionary head exchangeable drill that combines the performance of solid drills with the convenience of indexable drills. The series offers five types of heads, including the general-purpose „DMP head,“ the counterbore „DMF head,“ and the high-precision „DMC head,“ covering tool diameters from φ6.0 to φ25.9 mm (0.2362” to 1.0197”). The drill bodies are available in a wide range of L/D ratios from 1.5 to 12, making it suitable for various drilling applications.
This time, the corner radius type head will be added to the DMF head for counterbore holes. It is ideal for machining the seating surfaces of nuts and bolt heads where a corner radius is required. The head grade, AH9130, features a PVD coating optimized for drilling, providing stable tool life across various work materials.
We will offer eight tool diameters suitable for counterbore holes for M3 to M14 bolts, significantly contributing to process improvements and productivity enhancements for a wide range of industries.
