Join us for a unique technical event hosted by SolidCAM UK. Experience cutting-edge Tungaloy NTK tooling solutions in action — optimised with SolidCAM’s advanced software on world-class machinery. If you haven’t visited SolidCAM before, their facility features the Mazak CV5-500 5-axis machining centre and the Star SD-26 Type E sliding head lathe, which will both be used for live demos.

-Welcome Tea/Coffee & Breakfast Rolls and networking and then short introductions.

-DEMO 1– Milling and Drilling Demo on Super Duplex (D2 also available) with a variety of Tungaloy products.

Featured products: DoFeed, MillQuadFeed, DrillMeister, plus many more.

-DEMO 2– Sliding Head Demo on Stainless steel, with a variety of Tungaloy and NTK products.

Featured products: Tungaloy’s Small-Part Machining range, plus many of NTK’s Small-Parts products including TMV Chipbreaker.

-Tea & Coffee Break.

-STAR OF THE SHOW: moving onto milling Inconel 718/625 part using Carbide tooling V Ceramic tooling, how much time can ceramics save you?

-DEMO 3 – Carbide tooling a 32mm Dia DoFeed & 63mm Dia MillQuadFeed.

-DEMO 4 – 32mm 5 pocket NTK New JRF Indexable Ceramic System & 50mm 7 pocket NTK New JRF sell mill cutter that hasn’t even been released yet!

We also have SX3 Sialon ceramic & revolutionary material for machining heat resistant alloys JX3 BIDEMICS available to run, if the machine can reach the speeds required to reach optimum performance.
