Before using MATRIX
We were struggling to reduce the enormous amount of time spent on ordering processes. When our operators needed a tool, they manually recorded it on a paper, but they often forgot to write it down. As a result, the actual inventory didn't match our record, and we spent a lot of time trying to determine how many items we needed to order. In addition, some items were out of stock when we needed them while some remained unused, which delayed our production and reduced our profit. This is when we met MATRIX during a visit to one of our customers, TAC Corporation; we immediately started considering buying it for our business.

Our Unique Idea on Using MATRIX
Some of our employees felt reluctant to try the new MATRIX system at first as they felt comfortable with the traditional cabinets and inventory management methods. To help them with the transition, we held meetings to introduce them MATRIX, outlined step-by-step procedures to use the system, operated it with them side-by-side, and reminded them that MATRIX is the key to improving our inventory management and production. Luckily, it didn't take them long to become used to using MATRIX.
